I'm trying to understand this web page...
I`m a chilean ff volunteer, here 100% of fire service is volunteer.
I`m an extrication instructor and we are training and knowing new techniques, mainly with vehicle estabilzation and also heavy and advanced extrication.
If some of you can help with information, I`ll be very glad and of course, if some of you come to Chile just call me.
Next January, we will have the first intl. fire and rescue summit, there is the web page www.cifr.cl.
