Chief,

I have enjoyed reading your articles for quite a few years and I've had the opportunity sit on a few of your classes at the Firehouse Expo which are always enjoyable. Take Care and Happy New year.

Chuck:

I can only deliver the knowledge, I cannot deliver the audience. However the situation you describe is far more common than you would ever imagine. By the way, the breakfast was really good.

Hey Chief,
Thanks for coming up to Poughkeepsie, NY! I had a chance to sit in on your lecture at Vassar College. You brought up some interesting points. I do however, wish that certain individuals or entities of our department were in the room. Sorry I missed breakfast...I was working at another station that morning.
