Here's to the Brotherhood! May it always shine in the darkness and guide us by remembering those gone ahead of us!

A good word is Prayer! Prayer for your wife to get well, for our colleague in the accident, for our brothers and sisters giving their all and those gone on before us and to our troops giving us the right to be FREE!

I got a humbling experience tonight. I knew a group of about 200 soldiers out of about 4000 we sent from here were coming home tonight and some are aleready home and the rest are soon to be on their way. So I stopped in and saw them get off the bus and their families patientlly and excitedly waiting a few hundred feet away...the closest some have been to each other in a year! It made me proud to see them come home and to know they left their families and thier lives and went to a foreign place all for US, just like Jesus! It was very moving emotionally for me. I realized that's often what it's like for our families when we go...not knowing when we are coming back hoping our families and friends support us and are waiting for us to return while praying when we meet it is here on earth and not in Heaven. I can't imagine what it's like to learn that someones family will never see their loved one again.

God give them the strength and us the courage to carry on what is left to do!
