Even though this is just one line (appears to be a 2 1/2"), it seems to be making a difference.  Imagine what a blitz nozzle (500 GPM or more) would do.  Or a pair of 2 1/2"s.  Great video on how to take the energy out of a modern lightweight apartment building fire while the rest of the alarm shows up to deliver the final blows to a rapidly growing fire.
