This is a training tool we built at our training field. I call it the "Bone Crusher". Gotta love it.

Comment by Vernon Applewhite on February 25, 2012 at 7:54pm: If you have a set of stairs you would not need much to make this. It's a 4 x 8 sheet of 3/4" plywood and some square tubing with wheels and a cable. Very easy.
