Forgive me if I am ignorant, but I am having a hard time understanding your intent.
If you know and understand PPA, then you realize that PPA was being used correctly in the video. Whether or not you agree w/ the use of PPA has very little bearing on this specific video and your OP.
If you want to get into the pros and cons of PPA, we can do that. I am just wildly confused by the intent of your two posts.

I am sorry if the content or the title are misleading. Exactly 31 burns were conducted in this structure and 100% of those utilized PPA. Perhaps that was not depicted very well in the video?
Myself and the other instructor are recent graduates of Garica and Kauffmann's "Positive Pressure Instructors Academy". Not to mention we have used this tactic extensively for the last 10 or so years.
