Im looking for the recording from this with a guy thats in the building and he calls 911 and asks the dispatcher not to hang up on him as the chlorine is burning his lungs. If anybody has that or know where I can get the recording, i would appreciate it.

The audio is a bit scratchy but it is actual audio from 911. Thank you
