I think the fire in Bridal shop had extended into the common cockloft and had a free run of the entire complex. I my experience the entire space is wide open and the fire is pushed by pressure and wind via the venting ports. Tough fire at that point.

I wonder what the outcome would have been if ventilation was delayed until hand lines we charged and ready to deploy? Prior to the ventilation there there we no indicators of high heat conditions at the front of the shops. The paper advertising posters on the inside the front windows of the Radio Shack store show no sign of being affected by heat.

Ventilation without some charged lane in place..... very dangerous... I think

Yea saw that Bobby but they might have wanted to wait till the lines are ready.

It looks like they got water around two minutes in, I thought. Looks like the truck was first in. Right around 2:10 there is a shot of the engine laying out and putting lines in operations.
