Bio:
I am a 36 year veteran of the fire service. I have served on both a Paid-on-Call and a career department and have gained a great deal of knowledge from both environments. As a company officer, I was able to apply all the lessons I had learned into a real life setting. I have had a great supporting cast. From my superiors to my subordinates, each contributed to my professional growth. Now serving as a chief officer on my department my personal growth continues each and everyday.

My greatest joy is sharing my "lessons learned" with the men and women who will replace me when I don my gear for the final time. Watching their professional growth is truly rewarding.
