"If staffing allows, you may want to consider using engine personnel to check for and fix kinks. Many time we use the back up or door guy for this, even with min. staffing it doesnt take much! Fyi we use 200' 1 3/4" with a 15/16ths tip."

I just received an e-mail from the SuperVac company. The agree there is definitely a problem. Their chief engineer is working on a military project. Once he is finished with this project, he is going to start working on this. I will let you know what else we find out.
