Tips for a Rural Fire Department

Quad County Fire Deparment is a small town fire department that I currently volunteer as a training captain. Our fire department is almost as rural as it can come with a small call volume. When calls do come they come with vengeance. My name is Dustin Callahan I am the Training Captain of Quad County Fire Protection District in Viburnum Missouri. I serve with a great bunch of firefighters. I have 2 kids who of which like to spend time with me at the fire house. I am still committed to learning and teaching our firefighters.
