Bio:
I am 39 years old. I grew up in rural Minnesota with 3 other siblings. Attended North Dakota State College of Science and earned an Associates degree in Architectural Drafting and Estimating and minored in Construction management. I moved to Casselton, ND to marry my wife Julie. I wanted to make a difference in my community and joined the local department. During my second year, I was elected as secretary. I held that position for two years and declined to run again for that position. My eight year I was elected as one of the Assistant Chiefs and training officer. I have been teaching and training under the direction of Alan Runck a 37 year veteran of the department.
