I forgot to tell you, Jeff is on here and is in my friends list so you can add him to yours!

Brother...Jeff is one of my very best friends! It's a small world! He helps me send out all the prayer requests for "Helping Our Own".

He has been there for me through my recent divorce and is a strong man in his faith with God and all that he and Janice have been through. I need to get together with him soon for coffee or something. If he sends you a group email and you see frozenhosehead on there...that's me.

Take care and stay safe brother.

Nick,
The book is a good start. As to get it all going it depends on your department. In the North East we have to take small steps before we get going. At times you may only be able to get the company you work with to use it. This may seem like a small step, but that is what it takes in some departments. Feel free to give me a call 203-285-4907

Merry Christmas brother and thanks very much for buying the book. I hope it helps and lmk if we can help as you implement Air Management.

I actually was chatting with a guy from your neck of the woods about coming out to do a conference. His name is Rob Odenwald.

He just emailed and said economic issues were getting in the way.

Maybe one day I'll be out your way and we can chat for real....

Rock on brother

Glad to have you as a friend Nick. I see that you are doing some training on truck work. I'm a relieving LT., which means I get to the trucks and engines. But I most enjoy the truck work. I got promoted off a tower ladder. The basics are also what will keep FF's alive on the fire ground. We put a truck company tactics question on the Common Sense Firefighting page about roof top venting on a commercial building. Check it out and see what you think

Hi Nick,

Thanks for your kind words brother!! What a great way to start the day. Now all we need to do is get more folks like you and I and some of the other brothers and sisters on this site, to push and prod some of the others to feel the same way.

It's the best job in the world!!

Be safe pal and take care,

Rick
