At 10:49pm on April 25, 2008, Eric Hankins said…: Yeah out here in Ca, The HazMat series is 6 weeks. for a total of 240 hours. Technician is 160 hours and the spec upgrade is an additional 80 hours. We are then required to maintain our certs with 24 hours of continuing education each year. Loads of fun!!!
