Congratulations on your baby! Fatherhood is an incredible thing. I have 4 myself. Continue to be strong for those around you and you're right, people move on and times change. The fortitude you put forth in pursuing a goal of service will pay dividends. We are not always there to see the results of such labor, but it has its affect nonetheless.
Just thought I'd check in on you. How's things at the department? I see by your photo's that Bruno has been by. Did he mention his story about his daughter's method of getting engineers to observe traffic lights? Good story that.
May you enjoy a Merry Christmas, and always be safe!

Got your note. I've been swamped at home past two days and didn't get near a PC until late last night. Thank you for your return remarks, and as I said earlier, please feel free to vent in my direction! My personal mentor is some 3000 miles away. Doesn't stop us from working together.
What is important is that you reached out. You aren't giving up. Nothing more depressing than to see those probies overwhelmed by the fog of unmotivated, uninspired leadership. You can change that! We got your back, I mean it!
I just left you a massive diatribe on the Mentoring Post. I hope you don't mind reading the whole thing. I think I actually wrote more, but it used to much space. Anyway, I 've been were you are, at about the same age.
Welcome to the Greatest Training site in the world, this is where the serious trainers come to train and you are a part of it. How exciting is that!!!!!!! I would like to respectfully invite you to visit the group called HazMat Training and News. We are talking about some great topics and would love to hear what you have to say.
Remember be SAFE & TRAIN, as training will SAVE lives!
