Just read your blog post, Chief - and I couldn't agree more! We really can be our worst enemy at times. We are human, and will make human mistakes, but a little education in right and wrong, and ethical leadership goes a long, long way. Thanks for posting your comments!

Paul you keep hitting the nail on the head. Your last cartoon referencing black eyes prompted me to post a blog in that regard and here you go putting us all under the microscope again. It seems we keep cutting off our noses to spite our face. Keep telling it like it is brother. Whether we like it or not we need to hear the truth and realize it will not change until we all take "Pride and Ownership" as Chief Lasky so eloquently puts it. This type of behavior must be frowned upon and our troops must be educated. It needs to start the minute they enter the academy and it must be reinforced throughout their careers. And it must be supported throughout the ranks from the top down and from the bottom up. If we each hold one another accountable we will see a change but it starts with us. Thanks again for all these fantastic toons and keep up the great work!
