Ah, spring. Snow is nice, cold is okay, but it sure is nice when it's gone in May.

Reminds me of fighting a grass fire at -17F in Montana.  Oh, the fights to enter or get near a burning structure to get heat!  Nothing like being a frozen FF popsicle when its -20 or colder.  We've frozen up a truck or two over my career.

Great art work Paul! Gotta say I felt similar two nights ago when my engine co. was first due to an attic fire. The outside temp at the time was -51 degrees F. We did our job and made a stop on the fire, saved the house and freezes our butts off at the same time! I wouldn't have it any other way, I love having bragging rights to these extremes! Gotta say, Florida does sound nice though!

Sitting here in Tulsa today at 65 and the TFD guys have had their hands full with some outstanding jobs over the weekend. I watched them work a motorcycle shop fire Sat. night excellent work.

haha our Canadian winter has been rather mild this year ;) .....love the snow but I hate the cold! Sweet job Paul! Love your work!
