We have the "Safety Sallies" in the blue corner and the "Aggressives" in the red corner. I did the groups in specific corners for a reason, if you figure it out wonderful, if not, sorry. Engaged and Ownership in today Fire Service

What do these two little words mean to you in your life? They have different meanings for all of us I’m sure, but, how much thought do we give to these words in our Professional lives as Firemen and as Brothers?

How Safe Are we Really!? First Blog Brothers, be kind.

Recently, I have been doing a lot of thinking, since returning from the FDIC. We all know that can be a dangerous thing, but seriously everybody, in the Fire Service of today, “How safe are we really?”

We all know we can count on our Brothers and Sisters on the job, to cover our backs, but what about some of the people in this world, who are closest to us, who claim to be in our corner, come hell or high water.

The purpose of this article is to make all of us think about… Continue
