Fake Fire Inspector in DC Area

From There is some very clear surveillance video as a fake fire inspector makes his rounds in Bethesda, Maryland. Police say the man is using the cover to steal from businesses. Besides Montgomery County, he has hit in the District of Columbia and Fairfax County, Virginia.
