I know its not something that any firefighter wants to go through. But when its family (your own dept) its life changing.
Was told once, it happens to the best. Well I'm praying thats not true. Cause all you firefighters in my life, that I've grown to love, and respect are all the BEST.
I knew of Kelley he was a great firefighter, but now the only thing you can say to the guys in the company is he made you proud now you make him proud.
Mom just reminded me this morning that she never scared of the fire we fight its the transit. I'm starting to really believe her now.
I'm trying to get of to be at the funeral, the airlines aren't that friendly.. but I'll call you.... Thanks again. You know you guys in Boston have my heart. If it wasn't for you guys I wouldn't have the passion for the job.
