Capt. Todd,

I am a Lt. for a suburban Chicago FD and I am creating a Company Officer Development Program for our department. I am collecting data from other departments about their Officer Development Programs. Does Indy have such a program? I am looking for input on areas like Formal Education, Practical Education, Mentorships, Candidate Evaluations. I would appreceiate all input. Please feel free to email me your ideas and information. Thank you, be safe. jortlund113@comcast.net
