Bio:
Fire Captain of a busy rescue company for 3 years and team leader of task force 5 , one of the five teams Canada has as heavy USAR.
I have just taken a position in training for one year to standardizing material for our technical rescue manuals and course criteria.
I am involved in the dvelopment and delivery of our Officer Development and Incident Command which covers Strategy and Tactics for both volunteer and paid members.
