Tom DeMint is a Battalion Chief for the Poudre Fire Authority in Fort Collins, Colorado. He has over 32 years of experience in public emergency service. Chief DeMint teaches classes in many fire service related fields including fire and building codes, fire service leadership, leadership development, ICS, command and control, fire service promotions and assessment centers, public speaking and more. Chief DeMint is an instrucor for the International Code Council and has spoke at the national level including IAFC's VCOS Symposium in the Sun and FDIC.
