Bio:: I was certified as an EMT in the state of Pennsylvania in 1975. In 1977 I became a Paramedic I, In 1979 I became a paramedic II, i began my career as a volunteer firefighter in 1977 in Gilpin Twp. Armstrong County, PA. I worked as a Paramedic for The City of Pittsburgh from 1977 to 1985.I was the licensure coordinator for The EMMCO East region of PA from 1993 to 1998.
