An instructor for the F.D.N.Y. and Nassau County, Long Island fire and EMS academies, he holds Bachelors Degree in Fire Science and Emergency Services Administration. Marsar is currently enrolled in the Executive Fire Officer Program at the National Fire Academy and is both a featured FDIC presenter and Fire Engineering author.
