Consultant to Transportation Companies transportin HM. Designed and executed first Vent and Burn on a railcar in 1974. Advise on scene fire departments in HM events. Directed nine (9) sections of the Ky State Fire Marshals Office to include Haz. Mat., Boilers, Manufactured Housing, Electrical, Elecrical Licensing, Elevators, Fire Suppresion, General Inspection and NIFRS. Retired member of State Fire Commission.

Retired from Commonwealth of Kentucky. Active in Consulting for the Transportation Industry. Provide OSHA Training for Construction Industry. Field Supervisor in the State Fire Marshal's Office 1969 to 1991. Appointed SFM, 1992 to 2001,Asst SFM and Chief of HM. Retired and recalled to duty as SFM 2006. Retired again in 2008. Certified and Licensed Private Fire and Explosive Investigator.
