I have been involved in the fire service at age 15 as a fire explorer. I became a volunteer at age 18. I have held the positions of Safety Officer, Lt and Captain. I am a Full-time 911-Fire/Police/EMS dispatcher. I have been involved in 911 Communications for 12 years.
