Bio:
Mic Gunderson has served in many roles during his career – firefighter, paramedic, consultant, educator, publisher, and entrepreneur to name a few. He has served on the boards of directors for several national service organizations and the editorial boards for several academic journals.

Mic now serves as the President of Integral Performance Solutions. Mic is an adjunct faculty member for the University of Maryland—Baltimore County in their Master’s Program for Emergency Health Services.

Mic's work has been extensively published in both peer-reviewed and trade journals and he is frequent speaker at conferences in the U.S. and abroad.
