Bio:
I am 39 years old, married with 3 children. I started my career in the fire service as a Volunteer Firefighter in 1987 with the Alexandria and Community Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. of which I am still an active member as a Trustee of the Corporation and a Lieutenant for the Alexandria Fire District. In 1996 I took my first paid position with the Elsmere Fire District as a part-time firefighter/ EMT. In 1997 I joined the Independence Fire District also as a part-time firefighter/EMT. In 1999 I obtained a full-time position with the Cold Spring, Crestview Fire Department / Campbell County Fire District # 2. I stayed there until I obtained my cuurent position with the Independence Fire District in 2000. Throughout my career I have attended various fire and emergency service schools and training sessions.
