Bio:
John Malool serves as the Chief of Department of the Ridgefield Park Fire Dept. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Fire Protection from Jersey City State College (Class of 1978) and a Master of Science Degree in Occupational and Environemntal Safety from Hunter College, NYC (Class of 1993). He is a Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS).

John is employed by the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ (UMDNJ) School of Public Health, where he has been a faculty member for the previous 21 years. He is the lead faculty member in the OSHA Training program at the University.
