Good to hear from you, I hope you are well and things we've talked about made progress! Let me know how you're doing.
Just thought I'd check in on you. How's things at the department? I see by your photo's that Bruno has been by. Did he mention his story about his daughter's method of getting engineers to observe traffic lights? Good story that.
May you enjoy a Merry Christmas, and always be safe!
I think I am in for three days, I am up for whatever you guys have in mind!
See you soon
Bobby
Got your note. I've been swamped at home past two days and didn't get near a PC until late last night. Thank you for your return remarks, and as I said earlier, please feel free to vent in my direction! My personal mentor is some 3000 miles away. Doesn't stop us from working together.
What is important is that you reached out. You aren't giving up. Nothing more depressing than to see those probies overwhelmed by the fog of unmotivated, uninspired leadership. You can change that! We got your back, I mean it!

I just left you a massive diatribe on the Mentoring Post. I hope you don't mind reading the whole thing. I think I actually wrote more, but it used to much space. Anyway, I 've been were you are, at about the same age.
We got your back!
