Bio:: A second generation firefighter, began as a volunteer in 1992 in a rural community. Continued training and became a full time paid firefighter/paramedic in 1999 in a suburban department just outside Columbus, OH. Began teaching at the State of Ohio Fire Academy in 2001. Also works as the business manager for Fresh Healthy Life, LLC, his wife's health coaching company. Fresh Healthy Life has programs dedicated to the fire service to help improve the overall wellness of firefighters and for the family of first responders.
