Bio:: 29 year career firefighter for teh Lynnwood Fire department. Served 10 years as a Lieutenant company officer and promoted to Captain assigned as the training Offcier in 2006. I create many classes for my department especially in these budget conscuious times where outside training has been cut dramatically. I do specialize in hazmat training at all levels from IC to Operations. I have served as the chairman of the Snohomish County hazmat response Joint Operations Committee for the past 10 years. I have been a hazamt tech since 1990. I enjoy teaching leadership through the local community college, my department and statewide through the Officers Section of the Washington state Fire Chiefs Association.
