Top issues in your department:: (1) Insufficient water flow during engine company operations. This problem exists on a national scale among career and volunteer departments alike. We address it in the program Fireground Ballistics.

(2) The incidence of poor fitness and obesity in the fire service is appalling and inexcusable. It's time for a little tough love if we're going to reduce the health-related LODD incidents each year.
