if there is one group I could and would recommend for TIC training, it woud have to be Safe IR. They're based out of NY , started by a couple guys from Rescue 3, but they've got trainers all over the country. By far, the best TIC training I've received was from these guys, because they actually get into tactical applications of thermal imaging versus your typical "How to use your camera" classes offered by most.
