Bio:
Chief Isakson is a 20 year veteran of the fireservice. He started in 1988 with Midway Fire Rescue, were he advanced to Captain in charge of training. He was a Fire Inspector for a short time with the City Of Mary Esther FD. Chief Isakson was with the Pensacola Fire Department for 9 years were he advanced to Company Officer on the Rescue Company. Chief Isakson has been with Escambia County Fire Rescue since 2000 and was the first training officer for the newly formed department. Chief Isakson was promoted to Battlion Chief in January of 2004.

Hey Ike,
We seem to keep running into one another around the country, FDIC, Charleston and so on. At the last FDIC, I was a class procotor for the hose class..............remember, you and I had the "Red" Charleston wrist bands on, that was awesome..........I think I said I was wearing mine for an entire year until the anniversary. I think you mentioned that your wife is from Louisville. Well anyway, nice to see you, hope all is well.
