Training is the biggest issue as we cannot get everyone down for training.
Professional Qualifications:
FF I&II, FO I&II, F Inst I, HazMat Ops, ARFF Firefighter, Driver Operator Pumper, Aerial, MWS and ARFF, HazMat Incident Command, Telecommunicator I&II, NIMS 100-400, 700 & 800.

Everything from basic firefighting to advanced EMS.

I don't believe I am an expert in any subject. Consider myself to be a constant learner
Bio:
I have 17 years in the military of which the last 8 were as a firefighter. Also have 10 years as a firefighter ranging from vol. to contract firefighter.
