Bio:
I am the author/editor of Backwards and Stupid.com and an 18+ year firefighter/paramedic in DuPage County, Illinois. I am a member of my department's training division and believe whole-heartedly that it is our duty to train our younger generation to replace us someday. Just like parents we want our "kids" to have a better life than we did. We want them to be smarter, better skilled and better prepared than we were. It's our job to ensure that they become just that. That is what BAS.com is about as well as why I am so passionate about training.
