Top issues in your department:: Lack of time for training. It is hard to get everybody all the training that they need when they are volunteer because of the family time and the full time jobs.

Professional Qualifications:: Instructor I, Fire officer Strategy and Tactics, Ice Rescue Tech, Hazmat tech, and many others that I don't have the time or space to list.

Topics you provide training for:: Mandatory, Firefighter I&II, Auto Extrication,

Areas of expertise:: Auto Extrication, Hazmat, Leadership I feel confident with but I would never say that I was an expert.
