Hey Cap I just finished reading your "seen many fires lately" article and I enjoyed it very much. One of the things that has been lost is Depts making a point of handng down info to the newer members. A blend of ways to get the learning of past fires brings different perspectives which is really when the learning can be made. Good job on your efforts
