Our town has 12 volunteer fire departments. Our department is responsible for the code enforcement and fire investigations throughout the town. I would like to see our department work with the departments to ensure that they are responding with adequetly staffed apparatus with properly trained personnel.

Bio:
Currently a Fire Protection Specialst with Town of Colonie my duties include fire investigations, fire inspections and haz-mat investigations.

Worked for New York State Office of Fire Prevention and Control for three years - two years in Hazardous Materials/WMD Bureau and one year in Special Services (Techinical Rescue/USAR) Bureau.

Currently a firefighter with the Shaker Road-Loudonville Fire Department. Have held line positions up to and including Deputy Chief
