I live in a small town with my wife of 5 years and two kids. I graduated from A.L. Brown high school. I am currently employed in construction and looking forward to beginning a career as a firefighter.

...persistance, passion, and meeting with those that have done it already to gain some insight as to how they did it. Each region is a little different so it's hard to come up with exact info, but whoever it is might want to think about getting their FFI and EMT out of the way and depending on the area, their paramedic cert next. That's huge down here. Good luck!

I carry a pro bar haligan tool ( 24 inch) and a TIC. In my bunkers on my right side I have a pair of large wire cutters. I have studied the way I fall and found that I fall to the left so that is why I carry my cutters on my right side.
