Just returned from Long Island Helping my brother in law empty and gut his house after 5 feet of water from Sandy destroyed everything. He is a member of FDNY in Brooklyn.  We had so much help from the members of his company that this task took no time at all.  THe "Brotherhood" is alive & well in the fire service!  Rumors of it's death are greatly exagerated.
