You know Chad Berg? He's the Puget Sound Fools Prez. He has been coming up to Alaska (2nd year) to assist me and my good Brothers Forrest and Cooner with our R.I.C.O. class.
In our town there are not any dedicated truck companies. Chad provides the Truckie expertise we need to make the class what we want it to be. Basically, that is a hands on, tool intensive firefighter rescue class. We follow our state's guidelines for the RIT Technician, but add in a couple of days of hard core company center teamwork evolutions. Even though the class is small, it has produced excellent results. Chad was a big part of that. Sometimes it takes someone from somewhere else to say the same thing you've already said and make a significant impact.
