04/29 ~ At 16:24 Arvada Firefighters were dispatched to a confirmed structure fire at 5313 Field Street. First arriving Chief 2 reported a burning odor, with nothing showing 6 unit 2 story multi-family structure. Engine 1 laid in, pulled an 1 ¾” line and went into offensive mode. A fire in a refrigerator/ freezer in unit #101 was located and quickly knocked. A primary search from Engine 2 proved negative and PPV was started.
