What have you gotten for your research?
Unfortunately we do not have such a program. Until recently most promotions were made to guys that had a good amount of time on the job and we havent had many problems. In 2005 we had almost half of our fire bureau retire due to drastic changes in retirement benifits. So recently there has been talk of Officer training. Mainly all that is offered is some risk management stuff. Sorry I couldnt help, my only suggestion would be to tap into the guys "with experience" before their gone. Good Luck
I going to meassage you at the email. Mean while check out our CSF (Common Sense Firefighting ) page on the ite. It's a leadership and fire ground decisison making thread on the site. I believe it will help you on yuor project development.
