Bio:: B.B. Baker, a 26-year veteran of the emergency services, is a deputy chief with the Wyckoff (NJ) Fire Department where he also serves as the RADEF Coordinator and HAZMAT Coordinator for the Office of Emergency Management. A NJ state-certified Level 2 fire instructor and EMT-D, he is an instructor at the Bergen County (NJ) Fire Academy. BB returns to Indianapolis in 2008 for his fourth year as an FDIC H.O.T. flashover instructor. He also was a flashover instructor at FDIC East.
