Where firefighters come to talk training

It seems over the years that anthrax has given everyone a scare, this is the only scare that has shut down the USPS. Tell me about how your department responds to a anthrax run? Do you make entry or does the HazMat team make entry?

Hey Todd,

I have not yet faced a anthrax incident, but upon that day I would take a defense no approach tactic to it, where as we would evacuate and secure... from there bring in a contracted hazmat clean up company paid for my the business in question... How ever though if we had exposure and victims a more aggressive approach would be taken, we would have Edmonton's Dangerous Good Team respond as well there regional decontamination trailer.....

It appears that the FBI has tracked the 2008 Anthrax letters to Texas, leads are now being investigated.
