Where firefighters come to talk training

Has anyone had problems with the black plastic e-track that the wires are in on aerials? Our new platform (3 weeks old) has fallen apart twice now allowing the wiring to fall into the ladder tracks. This puts the ladder out of service until the dealer shows up. The tracks look like small caterpillar tracks.

Who is the manufacture of the apparatus? We have a zipper track on one of our aerials and have not had any problems sith the unit in the past eight years. This is on a Sutphen platform. We are looking at another aerial now and I would be interested to know who built the truck that you are having problems with.
It's a Rosenbauer. The track has just fallen apart twice causing the wires to become jammed in the ladder track and tearing the wires. It's really frustrating.
