Is there some type of release to allow door to reverse? Someone working on that while...
4x4 wedges above and below, stacked on 2x4 cribbing if needed for thickness. Gently pound wedges to open gap...
If that doesnt do it, HP air bags... we have small one right in control case. spread and capture progress with wedges until arm is free.
Other options... halligan, rabbit tool, hyd spreaders... hell, if i saw this off duty, I'd have 10 of those bystanders push the door in reverse. Might get enough to free arm. Even cover kid with coats and break glass if last resort
